- Support you local indepenents. Think before you go into a big chain and ask yourself is there an indie alternative nearby?
- Seek out and try to visit a new indie at least once a week.
- Tell your independent business owners when they are doing a good job...and when they are not!
- Go to markets, farm shops and cooperatives.
- Tell your friends about your favourite indies and get them to visit!
