Pastels Are Big News This Spring..

As everyone shakes off their dark winter colours and looks forward to lighter evenings when hypothermia won't be on the cards if you stay out after 9 o'clock.  The images show a sugared almond sized bite of some of the new pieces we have at Spirit, from pale lilac skinny jeans to funky tshirts and the softest dusty pink shirt.  Think ice cream colours and relaxed stylish days...see, you feel warmer already.

Well here at Spirit Towers we've finally managed to curry, stir fry and bubble and squeak the last of the gargantuan turkey.  All the party blowers have been hoovered up and the champagne bottles have been drained.  It's only left for us to wish all of you, our lovely customers, a FABULOUS New Year and to point out that exciting things are already happening in the gorgeous world of Spirit 2013! 

The sale is well underway with huge bargains on last season's stock in every boutique as the reduction fairy was armed with a red pen and the last of the Baileys.

Autumn Fashion Show - Pizza Express

November 8th was dark, damp and cold across the whole country, the exception being a warm, sparkling corner of Devizes, as an evening of food, fizz and fashion got underway in Pizza Express.  Spirit fashion shows are always a flash of stylish fun and this one really was no exception...the combination of tasty Italian food, champagne and beautiful clothes something of a dream partnership! 

With our gorgeous models showing just how eminently wearable Spirit pieces are, the audience was treated to outfits from a whole range of designers and fashion houses.  Italy, Spain, France, Denmark and Holland were all represented as the models rocked James Lakeland, Desigual, Maison Scotch and Ichi to name a few! 

Following a memorable fashion parade, several of the models gamely trotted round the corner to the boutique and welcomed a happy post show audience, who were keen for a touch of retail therapy as icing on the cake of a truly glamorous evening!

As everyone knows, Christmas day really isn't Christmas day without a lumpy stocking, and Spirit has everything to make the whole unwrapping of small prezzies an altogether fabulous experience for that style loving girl in your life!

Those ladies who managed to make it to our most recent fashion show will have seen a selection of our fabulous autumn/winter ranges. The collections are so strong this season that we really wanted to put a show together that would have had to include breakfast, so we put ourselves on a tight reign and refused all pesky phone calls from Naomi Cambell, who saw the Save the Queen we were showing and waived her fee.  Better luck for the next one Naomi...

Lizzie's Polka Paradise...

Bringing you one piece worn in two different ways. Here Lizzie has chosen this absolutely stunning pencil skirt by Isabel De Pedro and styled it with a little black cardigan and her favourite peeptoe platforms. Seriously chic and perfect for work. Unless you're a farmer of course!

Bernshaw Dresses Spring 2012

London based Bernshaw have been designing their gorgeous dresses since 1945, when the company was started in South Molton Street by husband and wife team Phyllis and Edward Bernstein.  Still family owned, Bernshaw have made a name for themselves by taking their design inspiration directly from Hollywood designer couture pieces seen in movies and at the Oscars.

Part Two Have It Covered

Part Two is a well loved and well established brand here at Spirit. It never fail to impress us by keeping their designs interesting and up-to-date and Spring 2012 is certainly no different.  This season, navy and chalk are clearly the top colours on the block, but no brand has represented them better, in our humble opinions, than Part Two. 

It’s so great to have the new season stock trickling into our stores at the moment and Part Two has done the Spring/Summer collection superbly this year.  With the heat wave just around the corner (we hope!!!) it’s time to ditch those winter knits and slip into something a little fresher. 

This collection will prepare you for any summer party invite that falls through your letter box.  Whether it’s a BBQ on the beach in one of their nautical based tunics or sipping a Pimms at a garden party in cool separates, Part Two has the look covered. Head Designer, Pernille Skriver, has a real talent for maintaining an elegant and sophisticated look even when producing the most casual of pieces.
